What’s your definition of Vintage or Antique?
Our definition for vintage is from 1925 to 1995. Earlier than that is considered antique.
What’s your definition of condition?
Excellent: In mint shape, an item may have very small nicks or wear either on the back side of the jewelry or with a magnifying glass needed to discover it.
Very Good: It may had some stones discolored, show wear obviously, and could have been repaired.
We only carry collectible and/or wearable items. We never offer damaged or needs work items.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Keep your costume jewelry away from water or perfume (spray perfume on you before putting on your jewelry). Lay your semi-precious stones necklace flat; clip earrings back to back; avoid direct contact with cotton pads/balls or loose weaved fabric as they may damage your prong-set jewelry.
Please keep your sterling silver jewelry in the sealed bag with 3M tag we provide, it will slow down the tarnishing. You can always polish it with a soft cloth as needed.
If you have a huge collection of jewelry, we suggest you keep high value jewelry in a separate box.
Can you alter your Original Design?
If you need us to add a few links (about a inch longer) to fit you better, yes, we can do so. But, it only works for some necklaces, we need to discuss first. Otherwise it will be a commission job and only for Atlanta local customers. If you live in Atlanta, please contact us to make an appointment.
How do I pay?
Can I come to pick up the item?
Sorry! All the sales will be shipped through USPS or FedEx.
How do you handle the shipment?
USPS Priority Mail with small flat rate box is our standard procedure; we wrap and pack jewelry in a jewelry box within a zipped plastic bag before placing it padded in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. For large items, we pack with bubble wrap and paper. There is no mess (pop corn).
How long does it take to process the order?
It usually takes us 24-36 hours on weekdays depending on when we receive the payment.
Can I chose FedEx?
Yes, just drop us a note. The shipping cost will be calculated when you check out.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship overseas, but we have the right to refuse shipment to some countries. Please contact us first as postal rates can vary.
Can I return for a refund?
If the item you receive is not what you expected, please let us know within 48 hours that you want to return it. We will refund your original purchase amount upon the item's return.
